Classic project management
Well-plannable projects that are subject to few to no changes are usually managed using classic project management. This involves determining the effort, benefits, costs, deadlines and resources at the start of the project. This minimizes risks and creates maximum transparency for customers. Any adjustments that arise are planned with a time buffer.
Agile project management
New requirements, which often only arise during the course of the project, require dynamic and short-term action. We use agile project management for projects of this kind. This means that our collaboration is subject to regular agreements in order to be able to act as flexibly and proactively as possible. The focus is always on the best possible end result.
Success with the right tools
In addition to personal coordination via meetings (online or on site) and telephone appointments, project management at our company runs via Jira and Confluence. The Jira software comes from Atlassian and has proven to be a reliable tool over the years. Our customers receive their own Jira board, which is managed by the responsible project managers. New tasks are scheduled in the form of tickets and can contain a lot of information, such as deadlines or image files. These tickets are assigned to the relevant colleagues by the respective project manager in order to provide access to all information as quickly and easily as possible.
Our customers can view the status of the tickets at any time and communicate with our colleagues directly in Jira. This gives them an up-to-date overview of the current project and allows them to react quickly if necessary.
In addition to Jira, all agreements are recorded in Confluence in the form of logs and important information is collected in corresponding documents.
