At Team MOSAIQ, the name says it all: 35 digital natives who work together to create better digital communication. For us, ‘better’ is multi-dimensional: better in terms of results and quality, but also in terms of day-to-day collaboration within the team and with our customers.
We do a lot to promote good teamwork: evenings together at the agency, the popular annual weekend in a mountain hut or the festive Christmas party at the end of the year. But what really promotes teamwork is the respectful interaction with each other, openness and, of course, cooperation. It is important to us that every employee can develop and flourish, both professionally and personally. Our dealings with each other should be respectful and binding and we want to be able to rely on each other.
The special thing about the MOSAIQ team is that everyone in the team has a say and can therefore directly shape the day-to-day collaboration and development of the agency. This creates a special feeling of togetherness and belonging, which can be felt both internally and experienced by our customers in their work with us.
