Ensuring operation and further development
The SDK originally approached us with the request to check the current corporate website for usability, as it was apparently not functioning optimally in certain aspects. The existing TYPO3 website with a middleware based on Symfony was therefore examined in various audits in the areas of UX, online marketing and technology. Various optimization possibilities were identified.
Our audits help us to identify optimizations, e.g. in the user experience and the software platform, but also to obtain the necessary overview of the status quo and to provide direct support in all aspects of content and technical development.This made it possible to ensure that the existing system was adopted within a very short space of time. The individual experts were able to gain an ideal overview and make suggestions for optimization at the same time.All measures were collected, prioritized and grouped so that they could be implemented step by step to complement and optimize the corporate website.In 2019, we chose MOSAIQ as the new lead agency for SDK's online marketing following an extensive agency pitch. MOSAIQ has not only become our important and strategic partner in web development, as well as in the support and further development of our websites across all brands of the SDK Group, but has also advised us extensively on the digitization of our online sales channels and implemented them with us. SMALL RELAUNCH
WITH A BIG EFFECT
Since the first relaunch in 2018, the site has grown steadily - but without any changes to the basic structure and navigation. In order to focus more on the products, a first soft relaunch was carried out in 2021 for the corporate customer area "SDK Gesundwerker", in which the content and structure were revised.
Fundamental goals of the soft relaunch
The goals of the relaunch were to increase conversion and optimize the usability of the website across all devices. The content of the new website was to be tailored to the needs of the target group.
New information and navigation architecture
The information and navigation architecture needed to be revised to make it easier and quicker for users to find the products they want. Thanks to an optimized customer experience, the path to the right insurance is very intuitive. The content is tailored to the target groups and makes it much easier to find content.
Logical navigation architecture
We revised the navigation structure to make it as clear and easy to understand as possible for users. Thanks to the clear structure, users should be able to see through the layout of the website straight away and find their way around.
