We are MOSAIQ: people with personalities, different characters and skills. Our aim is to promote the strengths of each individual and thus develop digital brand experiences that inspire people in line with our high quality standards.
More than just a team
At MOSAIQ, we don't just see ourselves as a team that simply works together. We are much more concerned with finding the right role for everyone, where they feel comfortable, can develop best and where we can put together the most suitable project teams. For us, it's not just the technical expertise that counts, but also the people behind it. To emphasise this, we have jointly developed a set of values that describes our way of thinking and working. It also forms the basis for self-organisation, which allows the team to make the vast majority of decisions itself and gives each individual the opportunity to get involved in changes and decision-making processes.
The quality of our work also determines the quality of our lives! In recent years, we have therefore involved all employees more and more in the development of the company and worked together on values, mission and vision, as well as on the organization, processes and positioning of MOSAIQ. We have also developed this together to the same extent at our sister agency Funntastic.
