Strategy

First, we carry out a touchpoint analysis. We clarify which touchpoints users generally come into contact with and where the microsite is located on the user journey. We then need to analyze how users are guided through the site and what they expect on the microsite. This is followed by the conversion strategy, which determines which goals are to be pursued with the microsite and how these can be achieved. Finally, the KPIs are defined.

Create

The microsite concept follows in this phase. We develop wireframes to show which content should be placed and which content should be prioritized. The create phase also includes the design of the microsite, as the brand must be recognizable.
